You can find more out at Learning By Design. Visit the resources page on the Learning by Design site for an introduction on how to develop a Learning Element, including getting started with a pen and paper 'placemat'.
Register
Register for an account using the register button at the top of the page. You can then create a profile and begin to create Learning Elements. You can navigate freely between the various parts of a Learning Element and fill them in as you please. You can include other users as collaborators on a Learning Element and then work together.
